​Limpia: A limpia is a Mexican Spiritual Cleansing ritual. It cleanses the body, emotions, mind and soul from negative energies or thoughts. Traditionally it is used to rid the individual of blockages. It may also be used when addressing trauma and addiction. After a limpia you may be peaceful, light, and happy. ​A limpia may be performed using a combination of plants, crystals, spirit waters, incense, oils, candles, eggs, feathers, shells, bells, rattles, drums.
