RECIPES
1.5 cups fine sea salt, 1/3 cups olive or coconut oil, 3 drops of peppermint
3 drops lavender oil, 2 drops coriander oil, 2 drops geranium oil, 2 drops orange oil

ESSENTIAL OILS AND TINCTURES
Through my training as a healer and energy worker, I have learned to honor the plant energy of the oils and tinctures. While they serve medicinal purposes, they are earth energy and should be treated with respect. It is more than just diffusing the aroma into the air. It is about connecting to the source.
Here are a few of my go to oils and their uses both medicinally and spiritually:
Oregano
Warm oil (dilute with coconut oil for topical application)
Immune Booster
May support health digestion and respiratory function,
Properties: Antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic, antiseptic - respiratory, antiviral and immune stimulant.
Applications: Dilute and apply to bottoms of feet at sign of illness. Add to meals or warm beverage (1-5 drops). This is a hot oil so use caution when drinking in liquid. Diffuse or inhale directly
Melaleuca (Tea Tree)
Does not require dilution. Immune Booster
Properties: Analgesic, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiparasitic, strong antiseptic, antiviral, decongestant, digestive, expectorant, insecticidal, stimulant and tissue regenerative.
Applications: Apply topically to minor cuts, burns, infected areas. Diffuse or inhale directly.
Frankincense
Does not require dilution. Helps maintain healthy cellular structure.
Properties: Anti catarrhal, anticancer, antidepressant, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-tumor, expectorant, immune stimulant and sedative.
Applications: Add to moisturizer or coconut oil to reduce the appearance of blemishes and to rejuvenate skin. Diffuse or inhale directly for a feeling of peace, satisfaction and overall wellness. Massage on cuticles and nailbeds for healthy toes and fingers. Use in meditation for intuition and spiritual connection, relaxation and grounding.
Mullein Tincture
May soothe the respiratory tract, colds, and sore throats
Properties: Expectorant, stimulant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-infectious, antioxidant, antiviral, decongestant.
Applications: 30 drops in warm or cold beverages. Dried flowers can be made into a daily tea
